What do you think about the evolution of your profession ?
The profession seems to me more difficult. It changed and what I had felt thanks to my trips is our reality today. Our clients are informed like never before about the tendencies, the new products even more than the hairdressers themselves !
This is thus a reality that, in order to compete, you always must train yourself, always question yourself so you're not out of date.
For example, women that come in the salon use precise technical terms to talk about their expectations. This is new.
