1. The right haircut
Everything starts with a good haircut. That way, the fine hair will prefer short haircuts even mid-length haircuts, max shoulders to keep a beautiful mass effect.
The hair with a lack of volume will hate thinned out haircuts like fake Chanel bags! Finally, we regularly go to the hairdresser to cut the ends. Be careful with the tow effect of the damaged ends…
Regarding the fringe? Weigh the pros and cons : A fringe will make you loose thickness in comparison to the lengths but will give style to your hairstyle.
2. The right gestures
Flat hair tends to be greasy very fast and to be even more flat. Resist to wash your hair too often, it would make it greasy even faster.
When you wash your hair, make sure you rinse your hair very well so there is no residue of shampoo which makes your hair heavy. Same fight with your conditioner, rinse your hair very well. And use it only on the lengths to avoid having flat roots.
And when you dry your hair : On one hand, avoid to damage your hair with high temperatures, in the other hand, dry your hair with the head down, hair drier not too hot heading towards your roots to raise them as much as possible without having an eighties blow-dry!

3. The right styling products
The dry shampoo : but it’s not a styling product you are gonna say. Don't stop at the labels : the dry shampoo is two in one. Not only it eradicates the sebum which makes your hair heavy by killing its desires of volume but it is gonna also give volume to your hair.
Be careful with dark brown hair, you will have to use a toned dry shampoo unless you want a look like Karl Lagerfeld.
The other secrete weapon : the texturizing powder! This product is surprising for example in Jean-Louis David, it is a Texture Powder. It gives volume and texture to your flat hair. You are desperate about having a beautiful messy bohemian braid like you can see everywhere in Pinterest? No problem : you lightly dust a bit of product on the braid, you use your fingers and that's it! The perfection.
4. The good hairstyles
A tousled/styled chignon? With a fine comb, you backcomb the strands one by one. Fix with a bit of spray and here you are.
In general, less is more : the tousled-styled effect getting up the morning will be perfect – with a bit of texturizing dust for a wouah effect!
Finally, without using extensions, you can cheat with a chignon bun adding a magic donut which will be perfect.
