Carita & Décleor two beauty brands for l’Oréal Professionnel

Their development perspectives, especially at international level, are very promising», said An Verhulst-Santos, executive director of the division professional products by L'Oréal.It is also an opportunity to own brands which have proven their worth in the association of two professions hairdressing and esthetics.
The idea of creating a new profession is not new because at the end of 2007 l’Oréal launched KÉRASKIN ESTHETICS, stopped than, care professional brand for the skin designed for hairdressing salons. The idea is simple: enter in about 10000 high range salons and 20% of them is specialized in global beauty with at least one esthetics cabin.
However, moving from the creation of products for the hair and to those for the skin is not so simple. The advantage of fashion houses like Décleor and Carita is that they are renowned and appreciated for a long time in beauty salons.With these two brands managed by the division professional products, since they are most designed for hairdressing salons, the world cosmetics leader wants to tackle the spas and the beauty salons which propose exclusive brands to their clients.
The development perspectives, very promising, is part of the strategy of the acquisition of brands, like YSL beauté 1,15 milliard Euros, Essie, Clarisonic and Urban Decay.
