Cosmoprof 2013: the whole world on the doorstep of beauty

Cosmoprof, is the name of an Italian salon which success is guaranteed : the 2012 edition did brilliantly.  Livecoiffure team could not miss on this glamorous event.  Destination : Bologna, where they revealed the beauty secret and new fashion products of the 2013 edition.     Cosmoprof, is an international salon that has taken place for 46 years in the Italian city of Bologna. Organized by SoGeCos society for beauty professionals, it allows, during four days, societies from around the world to present their brand, launch new products and reveal their last innovations and beauty trends.   To give an original touch to this 2013 edition, the Cosmopack brand organised the operation “L’usine de rouge à lèvre -histoire italienne” (the lipstick factory – an Italian story). So, they build the replica of the lipstick production chain in an entire area of the salon, so that they could celebrate technological Italian innovations as regards beauty. And technology has made some miracle, because no less than 5000 lipsticks Cosmoprof limited edition has been showed during the four days salon.  

More than 65 represented countries

Gathered in pavilions according their country of birth, more than 2300 exhibitors of more than 65 nationalities, from Italy to Brazil, and from Japan to Pakistan, came to the 2013 edition to present their new trends and draw their inspiration from the city.   Six lines of business participated in the salon : perfumery, Spa and Beauty salons, natural products, hair, nails and packaging, a line of business presented by Cosmopack. Forums, demonstrations, shows and discovery activities gave the rhythm to the event and thanks to that, visitors discovered products and new techniques in the aesthetic field.  Last but not least,  luxury was a first-rate guest in this international event, thanks to, among others, high level perfumery and prestigious artistic teams.
