For the Spring-Summer 2014, ELIE SAAB is inspired by the nature. The spring is the time of novelties, youth, and a new dynamic life. In the collection, the nature is embodied by the blossoming of garden full of roses, bursting with colors, delicate and refined textures.

[multicol]The colors come from flowers: white, camellia, Eglantine rose, red bougainvillea and tender green grass. To that you can add a dark black which reflects the garden at night.
The collection develops like a garden which is growing. The honeycomb links are combined with lace.
Then the sweet tone is replaced by more exotic shades, the garden gets dark at dusk. The night leads to seduction. A lace light/dark black climbs along the body like a rose bush, a spangle constellation which sparkles on the nightdresses.
Accomplices, bags and minaudieres with golden chains standardizes the shades while assuming their very square format.
Graphics, sharpened and straight heels refine the subtle balance of the look.
The material is aerial, light like petals. Born on the sides of a seam or along night dresses, the lace Chantilly is ubiquitous.
Embroidered with a thread tone on tone, it imitates the wild foliage of a garden with the rigor of crossed bands in material or ribbon. A model designed from lace is the base of the collection’s print: multicolor in full bloom.
