Hairdressing awards 2013: competition details

The Hairdressing Awards is a nationwide competition organised by Schwarzkopf Professional together with Coiffure de Paris. It enables entrants to give free rein to their artistic expression within the 11 categories.

Each entrant must present a file including four artistic visuals depending on the category. All hairdressers working in a salon, a studio, from home or undergoing training may take part. All they need to have by way of qualification is an NVQ or the equivalent. Entrants must also be able to prove they are working in hairdressing in France or in a French overseas department.
Winning entrants will not receive a financial reward. However, they will benefit from the media publicity generated by the competition and interviews with the trade or general media may be requested after the competition.
