  • I tested for you: the hydrating hair care without rinse

  • Rushed morning, no time for an after-shampoo… Fortunately, there are nourishing hair cares without rinse!

Weekday morning, rude awakening, I will not have the time for a VIP hair ritual, I will use the hydrating hair care without rinse. Three products to try: a very couture elixir by Balmain, a natural dry oil by Alterna and an bio-friendly spray from New-York by Yarok.

    1. Argan moisturizing elixir, Balmain, 22,95 euros

[multicol]This product is miraculous. I washed my hair with a nutritional shampoo, I didn’t use any after-shampoo. On towel dried hair but still wet, I applied a few drops of the elixir Argan moisturizing, the texture is greasy but melts quickly in my hair and leaves a light texture. The perfume is exquisite. The fibers seem already smoothed. And when my hair is dry… Wahou ! Shiny and disciplined. The argan oil nourishes and makes shine, associated to the silk protein, it’s perfect. I’m totally bluffed by the product.

    2. Bamboo Smooth Kendi dry oil mist, Alterna, 25 euros

[multicol]On towel dried hair, I spray this dry oil, the product melts very well, no greasy effect. I don’t really like the smell but it’s ok. I dry my hair with a hair drier – the product protects also against the heat – verdict : my hair shines a lot, the ends are beautiful. Only drawback: I still have a few frizzes. Maybe I didn’t put enough product? The very light finish enables me to put more product, it won’t damage ma hair, On the contrary! A very good natural product – but less bluffing than the elixir by Balmain...

    3. Feed your ends, Yarok, 18 euros

[multicol]A product of a very good bio-friendly brand, Yarok, created in New-York by the Israeli hairdresser, Mordechai Alvow. I don’t what to think about it… The Feed your ends nourishes the ends as its name suggests and protects from the heat, it is a spray without rinse, it contains a lot of good things: the evening primrose oils, jojoba oil, olive oil, seed oil, apricot oil, etc. A pleasant smell, a light finish but the result is not so convincing. My hair is well but not so much.
