has been traveling since 2005 to Japan in order to present different shows in Tokyo, Sapporo o Fukuoka – but also as part of the partnership with Belle Epoque Académie, in a Japanese hair academy. During this tour, Jean-Michel Faretra informs us on the Japanese taste with respect to make-up. The latter love body painting and other sparkling make-up. Fir his presentations, Jean-Michel entrusts the make-up cabin to Morgane Hilgers. As for the hair, he deals with different textures for « chic et choc » combinations. We were wondering if the nature of the Japanese’s’ hair enables a long-lasting effect, our hairdresser answer to that question: The material is not the same as the European’s hair, implants too, however, the backcombing is possible. [/one_half] [one_half] Thanks to that theme, this tour is exceptional. Indeed, numerous hairstyles refer to African animals, an inspiration you can find this year in a few fashion shows. There’s interesting things about animals ! Volumes, materials, forms. We has to interview our hairstyle star on his dry cut technique. He told us, he used it during this tour in Japan, the hair material is so thick that it is better to cut when hair is dry in order to better work the mass. The results proved to be excellent, mission accomplished! The tour is already coming to an end… but when are we going to see again ? This will happens the 15 of September during two shows: at the Salon Beauté sélection and at the MCB in Paris for the group Michel Dervyn. A program which is expected to be intense for this hair prodigy! [/one_half] [/row][row] [one_third] [/one_third] [two_third]JEAN-MICHEL FARETRA
To realize his hairstyles, each of them very extravagant, he used off course quality tools. He reveals us those which were very essential during this tour : «waffle iron, flat iron, hairspray Sebastian, Craft Clay Sebastian, comb and brushes ». [/two_third] [/row]
