"Giving another dimension to the hair, whatever the nature of the hair... The hair is rot-resistant, malleable and eternal, there are so many possibilities according the imagination of each person. The evolution in the Hair du temps." And that’s her motto. A real passionate about fashion, Murielle Kabile is more than a hairdresser, she is a real hair artist and a business manager. She has been running for almost 2 years the concept AKM design evolution, a group of artists from everywhere, the team is composed of photographers, models, make-up artists or colleagues hairdressers. Your last collection the 'Hair du temps’ caused a sensation at the Réservoir in Paris during the Comedy Queen, we really fell for the dress robe, is it possible to have more details about that creation?
This dress is called Hair d'automne. My creations are made out of time because I don’t take into account the working time nor the quantity when I create with passion.
Sometimes I get up before the sunrise and stop working after the sunset... Like any artist, passion is beyond time... and regarding the adjustment, everything is executed entirely by hand and create alone, the rest remains a secret... This creation was made with synthetic strands.
You were in London lately, which country inspires you a lot for your future creations?
I like traveling in different places to observe the evolution, the colors, the tendencies and especially any kind of artists. I like India for the colors, the traditions... Africa for the artistic culture, this is it for my next inspirations.
You are the official hairdresser of the Black fashion Week and the Pulp Fashion Week, could you explain to us how you set up such huge fashion shows?
During our collaborations, we take the time to talk about the themes, the styles of the creations... I make proposals according to my ideas and they valid them according to the chosen hairstyles. I do my best to prepare the work before the fashion show.
What are the services offered by the concept AKM design evolution?
AKM is a team of professional and skillful persons specialized in diversified fields (photographer, video maker, makeup artist, models, coordinator, even organizer, communication manager, caterer..) who work in synergy to propose shootings (make over by the team during the shooting).
What is for you the team spirit?
The respect of each one, the spiritual force, listening, sharing, the creativity and the result because without the ones without the others , the work wouldn’t be the same it would be unfinished...
Do you have particular projects for 2016, important events?
For the moment, my projects are in progress so no special information to communicate.
