Protect your blonde color this summer !

As every girl, I was amazed by the very Swedish models in the Dessange campaigns. As every girl, I tried it : Balayage, platinum blonde  The hair adventure quickly turned into a nightmare : Hair color turning yellow, hair loss in the sink : My hairdresser warned me : “ Platinum blonde is a very bad idea on long hair” nobody can be Lady Gaga every day !

After, I chose a tie and dye. More natural, easier to wear, less care and still sexy ! I like its honey and blond tones, patina like an Australian surfer. But here’s the thing :  After a few weeks, the hair color fades and the sun tends to yellow the lengths. With the holidays approaching, my hairdresser advised me a shampoo and a conditioner intensifying the tie and dye between two applications. I am a fan of the niche brands in perfumery, I am also very selective regarding the hair. I then chose the range Golden by Davines - Alchemic System for my tie and dye, Alchemic Silver designed for very light and ash tones.

First of all, the packaging is very chic in the bathroom, I love it ! It is modern and graphical, you can recognize the Italian touch of the brand.

Star with the shampoo Alchemic Golden : The texture is fluid, light and foam less than other shampoos, this is generally a quality indicator, contrary to what is generally thought ! The perfume is divine, ambergris smelling. In the composition, you can read : Basic Brown 17 and Basic Yellow 57. These are blond/honey tones, I am reassured !  No need to wait during the shampoo before applying the conditioner. A good point for women in a rush !

To avoid diluting the pure pigments of the conditioner, I quickly towel dry my hair before applying the hair care and leaving it 5 minutes. In a pretty jar like a mask, the conditioner reveals a stronger perfume, a compact texture. No doubt, this is “high range”, with an accessible price : 23 €.

I apply it on my lengths which are detangled straightaway. Maybe it is the effect of the hydrolyzed milk proteins and the B5 provitamins contained in the formula.

When drying, the blow dry reveals a beautiful patina, lightly golden which highlights my tanned skin. I advise it without hesitating, between two balayages !
