First of all, Snow Queen is a teamwork: Anne Arnold is the project art director and make-up artist, Eric Ouaknine the photographer , Christophe Gaillet is the hairdresser and Etienne Jeanson the stylist.
Anne decided to tell a strong story which will highlight the sophisticated muses lost in the snow, using a colored and structured stylization, cold make-up and hairstyle with excessive volume: the alchemy was complete.
Two models were chosen to play the “Queens”.
The hairstyles were asymmetrical; the volume was high, the suppleness structured and we used hair lace.
Every look is elaborate and sophisticated.
It was a very creative work and most of all with total freedom. I had carte blanche: I've highlighted the hairstyles without a lot of accessories. It was a great experience and an exceptional teamwork.
