How to obtain that stylistic effect ? Nothing easier : Coat your small strands with a gel , wet effect. You can use a fine comb then make the shape you like on the forehead. You can then, with a hairpin, divide the hair to obtain a lace effect. Once the movement is made, fixed, you can shape the strand with a cotton bud for the excess of gel on the forehead ! You can also put sparkles which will be fixed thanks to the gel.
