Denis Holbecq us the pleasure to unveil his latest collection "Retro-New".Lauren Bacall , Audrey Hepburn , Marlene Dietrich, Gina Lollobrigida, Liz Taylor, Marilyn Monroe , Brigitte Bardot, Sophia Loren , Anita Ekberg , when you read all these names of 50s stars, you can feel a whirl with ultra femininity, sensuality and sexy images. All these women have been jewels around which Dior, Givenchy, Valentino, Féraud, Chanel, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga and many other dressmakers have imagined and created thanks to their genius, case made of velvet, taffetas, muslin, lace and silk.For that new collection "Rétro Nouveau", you can’t avoid this period which evokes a very refined know-how of the great craftsman of which the hairdressers belong to. A big come back of the very worked and sophisticated hairstyles with volumes which are blown, texturized, very crimped and fluffed with a touch of contemporary fantasy. I wanted, for this long version, to update the style of Rita Hayworth which can make women want again to wear long hair with very airy volumes.
