  • Today, we begin our file special summer talking about your body from the inside. Because, to be pretty this summer, you have to feel at ease with yourself, and to do so you'll have to be aware that a healthy body is above all a body that is been taking care of ! And to satisfy these desires brought by the sun's rays, LiveCoiffure.com has decided to give you some advice to prepare your body for this beautiful season.   First of all and to get ride of the winter's excess weight, you take up sport again! If you don't like to go to sports centres, some physical exercise at home will be good for your muscles that didn't move much all winter while you were watching T.V.   [/two_third] [/row] While at work it is also possible to sculpt your body without anybody noticing ! Go up the stairs on tiptoe, contract your buttocks during several seconds, it's better to walk than use means of transportation during lunch hours, etc. All these little efforts will pay, if they are regularly and assiduously repeated !

    [row] [one_half] As beauty is not only about the appearance, you also have to work on your food hygiene. So from a food point of view, you should eliminate all the bad thing you ate during the cold season. You should eat fresh vegetables enriched in beta-carotene to prepare your skin to the sun and get a complexion as nice and fresh as dew. [/one_half] [one_half]

    [/one_half] [/row] Therefore, our plate will be coloured, without having to go on a diet : carrot, parsley, tomatoes, broccolis, red pepper and onions will be your best allies if you want to get the maximum of vitamins ! And of course, eat the ultimate fruits of the season : watermelon and melon will hydrate you completely and give you A and C vitamins.   Also in these food, beta-carotene stimulates the production of collagen, maintains skin elasticity, enhances cell extension and accelerates melanin development, a tan factor. The selenium protects from sunburns, makes suntan easier and fights against skin ageing. For food cooking and seasoning, it is better to use oil or margarine : olive, hazelnut, sesame, rape, etc. Enriched in omega and other vitamins, they reinforce skin elasticity, protect from sun strike or even from chlorine. Finally, stop drinking fizzy drinks that swell your stomach and drink water and green tea, two natural and cheap antioxidants !

    Finally, to be in good shape when summer arrives, you should make peace with yourself. Say goodbye to stress, and hello to fulfilment moments, even if you don't go on the beach the whole summer. Offer yourself a massage to get ride of the last weeks of work stress, classes or simply the stress of the city, obligations, etc. Change slowly your life pace and start to get use to wake up whenever you want...
