The competition of the HDA is a national competition opened to every hairdresser who wants to express their creativity. Schwarzkopf Professional and its partner Coiffure de Paris organized this event. Each competition has its rules and its jury. Indeed, we open this first chapter of Hairdressing Awards 2013 with its member.

Sylver Boll, director of communications of e communications Schwarzkopf France gathered this 17 January 2014, a team of jurors having different specialties for the election of the nominees of the competition. A few conditions before feeling that big responsibility: be independent of the brand Schwarzkopf, have a sharp eye for the image, not compete oneself or someone of the team, be leader of an opinion.

In order that everything be alright during that day, there is a bailiff! Each member of the jury has a computer with the photos of each nominee classified by region, category. The course of action is given by Sylver Boll with selection criteria. The non-respect of the rules leads to the elimination of "office" of some candidates then extreme concentration in order to put note (with stars) the dossiers which have been screened. The task is taken seriously by each of us but the conviviality and the positive spirit are still present. The study of the bailiff Maître Emery will reveal the secret of this day of justification.
