Jérôme Guezou, hairdresser ambassador L’Oréal Professionnel, partner of Sébastien Bafcop of the salon ANGEL’S Coiffure in Paris, answers the question of Chloé, 23 years old.
" I have mid-length colored hair. I would like to know how to keep very pretty and defined curls without making them dry and to avoid my hair get greasy quickly because of the products used to maintain the curls ? »
« Hi Chloé,First, you must wash and care of your hair by using a shampoo and a nutritive adapted mask and rinsing well !
I advice you three different ranges adapted to your kind of hair, the most specific one is the range Expert Curl Contour. The series Expert Curl contour will sublime the strength and the movement of your curls:
- The shampoing Curl contour preserves the curve and the tonic effect of your curls
- The mask quenches the hair’s thirst, it repairs and nourishes.
The range Mythic Oil will have a nutritive action since it contains argan oil.
- The shampoo Mythic Oil, a clearing haircare for a controlled hair and a legendary shine. Rich in argan oil and cotton seed oil.
- The mask Mythic Oil was chosen as the best haircare 2014 by Elle magazine during the ELLE Beauty Awards ! It is for any kind of hair.
The series Vitamino color was created especially for colored hair. It extends the shine and the intensity of your haircolor and protects it from the bleaching action of water.
- The shampoo smoothly washes the surface of the hair and helps to detangle it by extending the shine and the haircolor.
- The mask fortifies the colored hair and revives the shine by focusing on the damaged zones of the hair and by leaving a protective veal against the external aggressions. After using these haircares, you can vaporize on the whole hair, a restructuring haircare.
Then, a few drops of Mythic Oil but just on the lengths and the ends! Detangle well without combing until the roots. Then, the best is to maintain the curls in a hairnet while it is getting dry... if you don’t have a hairnet, you can smoothly dry your hair with a diffuser...
Don’t dry completely your hair, keep it a bit wet and finally add a few drops of serum on the ends.
The following days, put your hands under hot water and run them through your hair and rub your lengths and the ends of your hair. You can apply a few drops of serum or oil.... And NEVER comb your hair, just smoothly rub it.
