Tricks for wavy hair
-
1. Mermaid hair
THE product for your wavy hair is salt spray. You can use for example the Ocean Spray by Franck Provost: apply on towel dried hair, twist the hair in big strands then dry with a hairdryer while creasing the rest of the hair. Sexy beach effect !2. Braid trick
On towel dried hair, spray some fixing product. Divide the hair in several parts and make 5-6 classic braids a bit loose. Dry with the hair dryer. Or you can let it dry naturally all night long - be careful with thick hair which might still be wet the morning ! When the hair is totally dry, undo the braids. Crease the material to obtain natural waves and that's it !3. Hair straightener
On dry and detangled hair, start with the hair at the bottom of the skull - tie the top hair. Isolate one strand - the wider are the strands, the more loose will be the result but don't take strands too thick neither - take the hair straightener. The trick is quite easy: you need to do a quarter turn rotation with the hair straightener to give a pretty movement to the hair strands. Do the same with the rest of the hair. Tousle the hair with your hand for a more natural effect.4. Creasing
This is the easiest version - but it fits especially the hair which naturally tends to undulate: Creasing. Wash your hair - without using conditioners to rich to avoid making the hair heavy. Then, the head down, use the hair dryer - with a diffuser, that's better - crease gently the hair. When the hair is dry, style with your hands.5. Rolls
Finally a method that your grand mother will approve: the rolls ! Your hair is towel dried, roll it, strand by strand, with big rolls. Dry with the hair drier then remove the rolls. Style with the hand for a natural effect so the curls are loose. Fix with hairspray.
